Warm welcomes & smooth transitions
The majority of children join us into either Green Shoots or Kindergarten from a day nursery.
A great deal of time, energy and care goes into our welcome and onboarding process, which ensures that children and their families are already very comfortable and familiar with RSM Nursery well before their first day here.
We go to great lengths to get to know your child in advance so that we can welcome and support them from day one.
When the time comes, children enjoy a seamless transition into Reception as they already belong to the community and are familiar with routines, staff and buildings. We also know how much their learning benefits from a joined-up curriculum spanning ages 2 to 11.
